1. Important Notice

We do not issue refunds after the first 24 hours of purchase. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our commitment to quality.

2. Eligibility for Refund

New customers are entitled to a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase if:

  • We could not provide the service due to technical problems on our server side.
  • We did not send the access data within 48 hours of purchase (please check Spam).

Note: These conditions apply only to new customers, not to subscription renewals.

3. Customer Responsibilities

We provide access to our high-performance servers. The following are the responsibility of the customer:

  • Compatible Device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, etc.).
  • Stable Internet Connection (Minimum 50 Mbps recommended).
  • Properly configured IPTV Player.
  • Use of a VPN if required by your local ISP.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • After the initial 24-hour period has passed.
  • ISP throttling or blocking where the customer refuses to use a VPN.
  • Abuse of our technical support system.
  • Device incompatibility where the customer did not verify before purchase.
